Who we are

This website is run by The Peaky Barbers, 37 Hollybank Shopping Parade, Hollybank Crescent, Hythe, Southampton SO45 5FZ (phone 0330 380 0638). Shelby & Grays Hair Salon operates from the same premises.

What this website collects

The site itself has no forms and no accounts, so it doesn’t collect your name or contact details. If you call us, we use your details only to deal with your enquiry or appointment.

Cookies

Analytics (only if you accept). With your permission we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies starting _ga. If you reject, Google Analytics isn’t loaded at all. You can change your mind any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Your choice. We remember whether you accepted or rejected in your browser’s local storage (not a cookie), so we don’t ask on every page.

Map. The Google map only loads if you tap “Show map”. Google may then set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.

Online booking

Appointments are booked through Fresha, which handles your booking details under Fresha’s privacy policy. We see the booking details you give Fresha so we can look after your appointment.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Call us on 0330 380 0638 or ask in the shop.
